How we handle your information.
THE MILE GROUP is launching in 2027. Until then, the only data we collect is what you choose to share — by joining the waitlist, emailing us directly, or chatting with Cyan (the AI assistant on the site). Here is exactly what happens to it.
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and store it with our email provider (Kit / ConvertKit). We use it for one purpose: to send a single email when commercial-property enquiries open in 2027. No nurture sequences. No promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time directly from any email we send.
Direct email enquiries
If you email hello@michaelle.com.au — whether you are a collaborator, investor, partner, or client — we read it personally. We may keep a copy in our inbox for as long as the conversation is active. We do not add you to any list without your consent.
The Cyan chat assistant
Cyan is an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. When you chat with Cyan on this site, the conversation is sent to a Cloudflare Worker we operate and to Anthropic's API to generate the response. We retain transcripts to improve the assistant's accuracy and to spot issues. We do not sell, share, or rent chat data to third parties. We do not use chat data to advertise.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which pages are read and which navigation paths people take. GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation. We do not run advertising trackers, pixels, or remarketing tags on this site.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of first-party cookies for analytics and for the Cyan chat widget to remember your conversation across page loads. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
Your data is yours
You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@michaelle.com.au. We will respond within seven days.
Jurisdiction
THE MILE GROUP is based in Sydney, Australia. This notice is governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Changes to this notice
If we change anything material here, we will update the page and the date below. Significant changes will also be mentioned in any future communications with the waitlist.
